Let’s say you're a landlord and looking for advice on a dispute. In fact, your previous business tenant neglected the property and you want to get a quick appraisal and how best to move forward.

Step 1: You start your fully secure QuickReview process by applying online.

Your basket

Your personal
information

Checkout

Your QuickReview application will be added to your basket. You’ll then proceed to checkout and provide some basic personal information, including your contact number on which one of our lawyers will call you back.

Once you have confirmed you understand our terms and conditions, you then pay the £50 fee via our secure and easy-to-use online payment system, using your choice of accepted payment method.

Don’t worry, we never pass on any of your details and we won’t spam you with lots of unwanted messages.

Step 2: Once your payment has been confirmed, the next step is uploading your documents.

Upload relevant
documents

Give key dates
and events

To make our QuickReview as useful and time efficient for you as possible, please provide us with all or as many relevant documents as you can, such as letters and email correspondence sent to the tenant. You can send a maximum number of 10 documents, with the maximum size for each document being 25mb. Our process includes helpful suggestions about what we’d like to see to be able to help you best.

Finally, we’ll ask you to provide key dates and events relating to the situation (e.g when you first realised that the property had been damaged, what you did next, what reaction you got from the tenant etc.)

Please complete as much as possible so it can help us accurately assess your prospects of a swift and successful result.

Step 3: It should take you about 5-10 minutes to complete your upload, depending on what you are able to upload. Your QuickReview application is now complete.

What you get

  • Solutions, recommendations and/or pragmatic guidance within 2 hours from experienced and fully qualified solicitors.
  • No obligations or strings attached.
