We are highly specialised in this area and have an in-depth knowledge covering a whole range of matters covering civil, criminal, employment, in the form of discrimination claims, defamation, judicial review and representation at coroners inquests.

Our experience stretches from advising Officers at the outset of an investigation and/or when they are served with Regulation 15 Notices, through the disclosure process, advising on discipline and criminal interviews and representation at any subsequent misconduct or criminal hearings or Coroner's Inquests.

Cases we were instructed on include the following:- R v Dizaei (2003 case), the Bircham Inquiry, Victoria Climbe Inquiry, Lawrence Inquiry, Marchioness Inquiry, the Lancet Investigation, the Deepcut investigations and the Inquests into the death of Diana, Princess of Wales and Dodi Al Fayed. We have also acted for Police Officers in a number of Article 2 Inquests relating to Police action in fatal firearms incidents.
