Making a Will
By making a Will you Will give security and protection to your family and ensure that your money and property passes to those who you want to benefit.

You will need to decide who you want to be your Executors. They are the people who will be appointed by you in the Will and are responsible for carrying out the wishes you have set out in your Will, and for administering your estate.
In addition you will have to declare who you want to inherit your money and property (“the beneficiaries”). There are different types of legacies that you can leave to them.
