Our Criminal lawyers are practised and adept in all areas of criminal litigation dealing with cases form the initial interview and/or arrest through to proceedings in the Magistrates Court and Crown Court. We specialise in serious crime and in particular serious fraud, the proceeds of crime proceedings, asset recovery and confiscation proceedings. We are experienced in representing clients faced with investigations by the Serious Fraud Office, Her Majesty's Customs and Revenue, and the Serious Organised Crime Agency.

As well as advising and representing individuals and partners under criminal investigation, due to the increase in corporate governance we are seeing an increase in number of directors and officers undrrinvestigation for them the way they have manages companies.

As well as representing individuals, directors and officers when they are being investigated we also advise and assist them when the business they work within is victim to fraud through theft, forgery or destruction. This can take the form of employment advice relating to the suspects, initial investigation, maintenance of evidence and recovery of assets.
