Neeta heads up the Employment Team and advises on all aspects of employment law and industrial relations matters, both contentious and non contentious. Neeta has a wide and diverse client base, having represented both private sector and public sector clients on their employment issues.
Neeta is an accomplished and experienced advocate appearing at employment tribunals covering the whole spectrum of claims from unfair dismissal cases through to complex multi day discrimination and whistle blowing cases. Neeta has managed a significant case load from beginning to end including early case assessment, reporting to clients and taking all other preparatory steps.
Neeta regularly speaks at seminars and training events.
Neeta also drafts bespoke contracts, policies and procedures for clients tailored to their specific requirements.
