Leon Swerling, an Associate in the practice since its inception, is a member of the firm’s Private Client team. He deals not merely with non-contentious trusts wills and probate work but also with contentious aspects of this work. There is a growing tendency for attacks to be made on wills and trusts generally by various parties. He uses his wide experience in the law to endeavour to resolve issues where possible without litigation.
