Claire jointly heads up the Property Finance department whilst still being heavily involved in the management of the Property Department as a whole. She acts on behalf of many lending institutions ensuring that their security is adequately protected.
Claire has a niche expertise in the lending market whilst also concentrating on client care and management. Claire has had recent major involved in the drafting of a new market leaders lending documentation working closely with the client and Counsel.
Claire also enjoys acting for Developers and is the recommended solicitor for many sites throughout the North West.
