Adèle Librae leads the corporate team. She specialises in corporate and commercial transactions with a particular focus on private company matters. She has advised on a vast array of corporate transactions including company acquisitions and disposals, business and asset sales (including transactions involving administrators and liquidators), private equity transactions, joint ventures, management buy-outs and group reorganisations.
Adèle is also experienced in the negotiation of key commercial contracts including long term supply, distribution, franchise and agency agreements and the preparation of terms and conditions.
Adèle’s has developed a niche in private equity work advising institutional investors. However her clients are wide ranging and span several sectors including retail, professional services, construction, IT, manufacturing and e-commerce.
Adèle is regularly consulted by the media and her voice on women in business was recently published in the Manchester Evening News. She has been interviewed on the radio a number of times and has appeared as a featured speaker on BBC Radio 5 Live.
